No, this time that is not me yelling at one of the kids. It's me yelling to the universe to speed up time! Just for a week, then it can go back to it's regularly scheduled programming. We start moving on Monday, and will be completely moved in by Saturday. I am so anxious to just get it done and over with. I want the "fun" part of moving to get here already... the unpacking, finding the "perfect" spot for things, and the decorating. I'm pretty tired of living in a box maze... of wanting to pack more but not really having the space for all the boxes. I have spent the past few weeks getting all the utilities/cable/internet/address changes taken care of. I've been stock-piling boxes, tape, newspaper. And I feel about as anxious as a cat in a room full of rocking chairs!
The past few weeks have not all been full of drudgery. I've been browsing lots of stores (Hobby Lobby, Target, Wal Mart, Bed Bath and Beyond) looking for fun and cute decorating ideas. I've probably decorated this house in my head a hundred different ways. I've bought a few items and drooled over many more! I've got a wish list a mile long, and the budget to take about two steps. But, I can't wait to do what I can with what I have. My super talented mother and sisters-in-law are going to be coming to play with me the weekend after we move in, and I can't wait for them to come over and share their ideas with me.
I guess that it is a good thing we have lots planned this weekend... fundraiser dinner tonight, a baptism tomorrow... that will keep us good and busy. And then before you know it, it will be time to load up the big truck and be on our way. Woohoo!!!

I'm excited for you, though I do not envy the stage you are at right now. Just thinking about it makes me want to stay in this house forever! ;) See ya tonight!
waiting is not my strength either, I'm sure it will be an exhausting upcoming week but OHHHHH so much fun too!
